I have no idea where to start. ​

This applies to so many things in my life, but it has never kept me from starting something more than it has pan + pantry. I have known that I wanted to do this for months now, but I have had no idea where to start it. I have started this twice before, (third times a charm?) working on recipes and taking some photos, but I never hit the switch and made the site(s) live. I originally came up with pan + pantry in May '18, and I never told anyone about it, much less actually publish the websites. I talked myself out of the idea and held off on it for months. I picked it back up in October '18, right before I had ankle surgery. This became my excuse for not working on pan + pantry and getting in the kitchen because everything takes longer when you're non-weight-bearing. Now, a month after the surgery, I am still not weight-bearing and bored out of my mind. It still takes longer to navigate the kitchen than it used to but now it will come with the satisfaction of knowing I'm killing 2 birds with one stone - a blog post and a good meal.
